Green beans in a turmeric tempura batter served

with a toasted sesame yoghurt.

Burrata on Romesco Sauce   

Creamy burrata cheese on a fresh almond and roasted

pepper romesco sauce with basil oil and toasted sourdough.

 

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Roasted cauliflower on freshly made hummus,

garlic yoghurt and herbs.

Aged Lincolnshire beef, candied bacon,

topped with  colston bassett stilton,

bourbon smoked onions, pickled red chillis,

house burger sauce & pickles

Cajun Veggie (V)

A veggie patty made with Cajun spiced cauliflower,

toasted chickpeas, fresh herbs with turmeric yoghurt.
Served with rosemary salt or spiced fries.
